Coaching allows you to praise or scold the girls in combat. With coaching, the girls' statuses will change depending on whether they're S or M! Whether a girl is S or M depends on Motivation!

There are two types of battle skills, S and M. Pay attention to SM Stats when picking skills for the girls! By selecting "Coach" during battle, damage dealt by an S girl increases or the damage taken by an M girl decreases. Try to up your damage with some S girls or tank up with M girls! Determine the best coaching strategy for each situation!
